• App problem: include your device type, app version, and what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment details.
• Wrong or outdated chant: open the chant and choose Suggest an edit.
• Abuse or safety: use Report or email us. For urgent child-safety concerns, email support@standsong.com with the subject “Urgent child safety”. Do not download or forward abusive material. Send its Standsong location or ID and a description. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Standsong is not an emergency service.
• Intimate image shared without consent: follow Rights and takedown. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request.
• Rights or privacy in content: follow Rights and takedown.
• Account deletion: use Delete account, even if you no longer have the app.
• Personal-data request: use the subject “Standsong privacy request”.
• Complaint: use the subject “Standsong complaint” to complain about how we handled a report or a removal.
• Appeal: use the subject “Standsong moderation appeal” and include the content ID and your explanation.
