Use Standsong honestly
Keep your sign-in details secure, do not impersonate people, do not manipulate popularity, and follow the Community Rules.
Chant Lab is for ideas and community submissions. Chants in the Songbook earn Terrace Proven once an operator reviews a dated source showing fans sing them at matches. Neither label guarantees accuracy, endorsement, copyright clearance, official club approval, payment, or a professional opportunity.
Your contributions
You keep the rights you hold in your contributions. You give ThunderRiver Tech LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, technically process, display, and distribute them as needed to operate Standsong and its public share pages. This covers only rights you can grant and does not permit unrelated advertising use without separate permission.
Upload only material you made or are entitled to share. A short clip can involve rights in music, lyrics, recordings, footage, and people shown. A 30-second limit, attribution, fan status, or a link does not automatically clear those rights. Do not upload broadcast footage or another creator's clip without the necessary rights or legal basis. Do not upload a recording made inside a ground during a match. A clip set to a released song's tune can involve that song's rights, so we may decline or remove it.
Moderation and availability
We may reject, hide, or remove content and restrict or ban accounts to protect people, enforce these terms, address rights complaints, or meet legal duties. Serious abuse can lead to immediate action. You may ask for review through Rights and takedown or Support.
We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe other people's copyright. To report infringement or answer a removal, use Rights and takedown.
Illegal content and complaints
Do not post anything that is illegal, including terrorism, child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment, hate offences, fraud and intimate images shared without consent. When we become aware of illegal content, from a report, a text check, a video review or our daily moderation, we remove it and may restrict the account. You can report content without an account.
You can complain about how we handled a report, a removal or a restriction, or about how Standsong follows its duties to keep people safe, including under the UK Online Safety Act. Email support@standsong.com with the subject “Standsong complaint”. We aim to acknowledge it within two business days and to tell you the outcome. When we decide what to remove, we weigh freedom of expression and privacy.
If an intimate image of you was shared without your consent, including a synthetic or altered one, ask for its removal through Rights and takedown. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request.
Standsong is an independent supporter service, not an official club, league, player, or music-rightsholder service. Catalogue and offline copies can become outdated. You can stop using Standsong and request deletion without a fee. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
